Vazian is a multi-model AI chat platform that routes your prompts to various AI providers including OpenAI (GPT), Anthropic (Claude), Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), and Mistral. We provide Smart, Direct, Compare, and Debate modes to help you get the best AI responses.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Vazian. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you should have permission from a parent or guardian.

3. User Accounts

• You may use Vazian without an account with limited daily usage.
• Creating an account via Google sign-in unlocks additional features and usage limits.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• You must provide accurate information when creating an account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use Vazian to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, hateful, or abusive content
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or security measures
• Interfere with the service's operation
• Use automated systems to access the service without permission
• Generate content that violates AI provider policies

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. AI-Generated Content

Important: AI responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading. You should not rely on AI-generated content for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Always verify important information independently.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit. AI-generated responses are provided for your use, subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers.

6. Paid Subscriptions

• Pro plans are billed monthly via Stripe.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled.
• You can cancel anytime via the link in your email receipt, through your Stripe account, or by contacting us at admin@vazian.ai.
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis; contact us for assistance.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Usage Limits

Free and Pro plans have daily usage limits. These limits reset at midnight UTC. Exceeding limits will temporarily restrict access until the next reset.

8. Intellectual Property

Vazian, its logo, and the service design are owned by us. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our branding without permission.

9. Third-Party Services

Vazian uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, xAI, Mistral) and services (Stripe, Railway, Netlify). Your use of Vazian is also subject to their respective terms and policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vazian is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI responses will be accurate or suitable for any purpose.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vazian and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
