1. Information We Collect

Information you provide:

• Account data: Google sign-in supplies your name, email address, and profile picture. Apple sign-in in supported apps may supply your name and email address.
• Chat content: Prompts, recent conversation context, and attachments are processed by AI providers for routing, moderation, and responses. Signed-in chat turns are also saved on our servers.
• Payment information: Web payments are processed by Stripe; App Store purchases are handled by Apple. We store subscription identifiers and status, not full card details.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage data: We track daily and lifetime usage counts, platform source, and short prompt samples for limit enforcement, abuse prevention, and service analytics.
• Guest identifiers: A browser/device identifier or IP address is used to track the guest preview allowance.
• Log data: Server logs may include IP addresses, browser type, and timestamps for security and debugging.
• Cookies: We use a secure, HTTP-only authentication cookie to keep you signed in.
• Browser storage: Chat history and preferences are stored on your device. Checkout confirmation identifiers may be kept temporarily in tab storage; they are removed from page URLs before website analytics loads.
• Website analytics: Google Analytics and Google Ads may collect page activity, referrer information, and cookie/device identifiers. We do not send chat text to these analytics services.
• First-party service analytics: We record allowlisted workflow activity, feedback, AI outcomes, latency, model identifiers and measured token counts. These measurements do not contain prompts, answers, attachments or email addresses. Browser UI event tracking respects GPC and Do Not Track.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the Vazian service
• To process your AI queries through our routing system
• To manage your account and subscription
• To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
• To respond to support requests

3. Data Sharing

We share your data only with:

• AI providers: OpenAI is used for routing and moderation. Responses may also use Google (Gemini), xAI (Grok), Anthropic (Claude), or Mistral. Prompts, context, and attachments are sent as needed. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
• Stripe and Apple: For payment processing and subscription management.
• Google Analytics and Google Ads: For website analytics and advertising measurement.
• Hosting providers: Our infrastructure runs on Railway and Netlify.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Data Retention

• Chat history: Stored locally on your device. Signed-in chat turns are also stored on our servers and can be restored on the website. Generated images are not saved in server history. Local history may remain after logout; clear it on shared devices.
• Account data: Retained while your account is active. Use Delete account where available, or contact us. Account deletion removes account identities, stored chats, and signed-in usage records.
• Usage records: Retained for limit enforcement, abuse prevention, and service analytics. There is currently no automatic 90-day purge. Guest records can remain beyond 90 days.
• Billing records: Payment providers and billing-event records may retain transaction information for payment administration. Cancel App Store subscriptions through Apple before deleting your account.
• Service measurements: First-party UI and AI measurements are pruned after 180 days at server startup. Account-linked measurements are deleted with the account. Unlinked guest measurements may remain within that window. Invoice cash records may be retained for billing administration, with the deleted account link removed.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
• Data portability

6. Security

We use industry-standard security measures including HTTPS encryption, secure cookies, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

7. Children's Privacy

Vazian is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new policy on this page with an updated date.
